10/19 Update on our Ice!

A message from YAHA President, Chris Bartheld:

We are still pushing and on track to have the ice ready to start youth practices on Monday 10/27. The ice making has been going well and we are getting close to painting the ice in the next couple days. After that we will put down lines and then get a good thickness of ice over the top. It really takes a lot of time and effort to get the ice ready. If you see Chris Sutherland, Duey Scheibner, or Logan Worsham, give them a huge high five. These guys have been down at the rink, multiple times a day, working to get our rink up and running. Thanks guys!

Also, this Thursday night we will be down at the rink cleaning and straightening up. As you can imagine things get a little dusty down there in our off season. We'd love to have as much help as possible. Join us this Thursday from 6:30-8pm for our inside clean up party!
